We meet at our 3 year old SALTHOUSE building which is just opposite the old St Swithin's Church building! We have a 10:15 and a 6:15 service!
St Swithin’s is a vibrant and rapidly growing Anglican church in the Diocese of Lincoln and part of the HTB network. We exist so that people will encounter the LOVE of God, learn to LIVE more like Jesus, and GO in the power of the Spirit to see lives and communities transformed.
In 2024 new life is emerging and growing here as we get stuck in to all that God is doing in our city and communities. We would love to welcome you to come and be part of the adventure and invite you to GET CONNECTED and GET INVOLVED as we seek to see our city transformed in the name of Jesus.
What do we do for students?
We love students & we want to help every student in Lincoln find God and make friends. St Swithin's is a home where students can be supported and built up to become everything God wants them to be.
Students are an integral part of our vision. There is real opportunity to get involved with something, and get stuck into everything from hospitality, kids and youth teams and helping on Alpha, to adapting the building for our uses, production and developing community projects. This is a great opportunity to explore faith, and /or deepen your relationship with God, others and the city of Lincoln.

We have a whole host of services and events including:
-Sunday services at 10.15am and 6.15pm. The 10:15 is more of a family feel and the 6:15 is more laid back and is followed by food, drinks & table tennis! Come along, make new friends and find a team to serve on… we have something for everyone!
- The Gathering: Every week (except the last week of the month) we meet for our 18-25s COLLECTIVE. This is a time where we all come together just as 18-25s and spend time getting to know one another, pray with one another and focus on God. There will be dinner, games and great opportunities to get to know new people!
During the year we have also have socials, our Weekend Away and our Jazz Carols Christmas party!
-Sunday Socials: There’s loads going on after our Sunday services. We have FREE lunches, socials and ‘after hours’ sessions.
-We also have a developing mentoring programme to support you during your time at Uni
Alpha also runs throughout the year and is the backbone of all we do in being disciples who make disciples. We'd love to encourage you to join Alpha during your first term regardless of your background. It allows you to get to know new people and you also get your dinner sorted every Wendesday for FREE! #tryalpha
