The Salvation Army, Paisley
A bit more...
"Paisley Salvation Army Community Church" serves the local community throughout Paisley in the name of Jesus. Our building in Mill Street, Paisley is used for church activities as well as by community groups, self-help groups and work for vulnerable buddies in Paisley.
We run a weekly kids and toddlers group (Chatterbox), community groups (Home League/Just Chillin) that provides laughs, companionship, lunches, days trips and events. We also run our very popular weekly "Line Dancing" class that is at capacity every week! We also provide a cooked breakfast to vulnerable buddies at our "Friday Breakfast Club".
Our church activities are vibrant and exciting with Christian services every Sunday at 10:30am and special events throughout the year. We have strong musical sections including "Paisley Fellowship Band", learners band, singing group/songsters, puppet theatre and a lively congregation. All welcome to attend with no need to be a member of The Salvation Army.

What do we do for students?
We mainly offer a Christian community to come and be a part of, we also run youth fellowship twice a month on a Sunday evening from 16-30 year olds.
There are opportunities to volunteer and get involved.
We can also offer practical assistance with food and clothing if the need should arise.
