We are an inclusive church who encourage critical questions as an important part of our faith. We are committed to social justice and try to relate our faith to the world we inhabit. We provide a thoughtful, creative space for those who simply want to 'be'. We welcome all, regardless of gender, age, background or sexuality.

Students also get involved in a variety of other activities, which are a great way of getting to meet other members of the church. These include our Soup Run on a Saturday evening, our choir on a Sunday morning and Advent/Lent groups. Through the Centre for Radical Christianity, we also regularly host conferences led by thought-provoking, high-profile speakers.

What do we do for students?

We don't have hundreds of students so it's easy to get to know people because you won't get lost in the crowd. A group of students get together on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month between 7:30-9:00. Pizza is provided and we discuss questions big and small and often head to the pub to continue any discussion. We also think about what we can do to relate our faith to the world we inhabit.

There's also lots going on within our community that students can get involved in. This includes joining the weekly 'soup run' to the homeless in the city centre on Sat evenings, the choir or music group, the team which run the youth group and the team which run Night Service.

Our 10am Sunday morning Eucharist uses a traditional but inclusive liturgy, and we often hold Sunday lunches after the service.

We also have an 8pm Night Service every Sunday which is popular with students and is a more simple act of worship that embraces silence, creativity and prayer. We have tea and coffee afterwards and then usually retire to a pub for some Sunday night drinks!
