About us
Champions Church began in 1810, in the small town of Netherton. (West Midlands, UK)
In 1989, Mark Burchell was appointed as the first Pastor in 54 years and from there God began to build a church that would become influential in the community, the UK and even the world.
Today, Champions Church is still located in the same community where it began, but now takes pride of place with its state of the art facility, completed in 2010.
The church is known for its vibrant worship and life giving preaching, alongside its work in the community, now impacting 1000's of people from many nations and all walks of life.
Making Champions For Life is our goal, with the timeless message being the same for all... Come as you are - leave like you've never been before.
What do we do for students?
The young adults of our church gather in Champion Life Groups every other Wednesday night. We believe that true growth happens within community, and Life Groups provide a great opportunity to do life together with a small group of people in a relaxed, fun-filled environment.
